Raising a protein shake to good health!
Rati Pandey: I will advise: work 15-16 hours regularly and you will automatically keep fit! Just kidding. To be healthy, despite our erratic schedules, I keep an eye on my diet. I prefer to have a heavy breakfast and drink protein shakes on the sets. Whenever I get some time, I do power yoga and take a power nap. These two are very important aspects of my regular schedule. Apart from this, mental peace is very important to stay healthy. Without that, no matter what you do or eat, you can never feel healthy.
Jas Karan: To stay healthy, all of us need proper rest. As an actor, that is very difficult because our schedules do not permit it. But whenever my schedule permits, I take a power nap. I feel that is very important to stay healthy! The moment I pack up at work, I head straight to home. I avoid late night parties and since I don't smoke and drink very rarely, I wake up early in the morning and work out at the gym. I don't eat preserved food and avoid canned juice. I drink a lot of water to keep my system clean.
