Yeah, her face looks like she's had plastic surgery and her breasts looks larger too. Kinda reminds me of Heidi Montag's transformation. She looks much better than this in real life, so why would anyone want to photoshop her??!!!

Photoshopping is used to correct flaws.And here the case is entirely opposite. Genelia is such a pretty girl .And honestly they made as if she has a horse face.
