The only reason I have decided to watch this show is that there are very less stories in Indian entertainment where the main theme is friendship among women.

Numerous movies have been made on male friendships.

Dosti (1964)

Dostana (1981)

Saudagar

Dil Chahta Hai

3 Idiots

There is no movie made on female bonding. The only movie that I can think of is Filhaal but again as the movies stated above, Filhaal was box office average. While movie made on male bonding from Dosti to 3 Idiots were all Mega Hits.

yea I can't think of many shows either where they have portrayed friendship. it's mostly sister relations.
looking forward to how their friendship builds up post the leap and how their marriage affects them as we know their husbands will get switched.

i havnt seen any dramas that showed friendship between two girls either main reason i got attracted to this show but yeah cant wait to see what happens now
