heyi guys aftab and aamna were on radio city today.. And what an interview!!!! omg!!! realli enjoyed it!
Here are some tit bits of the interview..
Aamna ,Aftab were accompied by the writer of awk his name is something like rajendra maange so the rj introduced thm like hamare saath hai aamna shariff, aftab shivdasani aur mango.. they started laughing n the rj asked him apko mango kyu bulate hai? tht guys replied pata nahi ye naam sabhi ne diya hai sabse jyada aftab aur aamna ne hi..thn aamna laughingly sed ke jab bhi hum kuch inse kuch puchte to rajendra ji maangeji kitna bada ho jata isiliye mango naam rake hai 😆 😆
Thn the rj asked aftab abt his experience as a producer and he sed that it was a very huge responsibilty being the producer he had involved himself in almost every work of the film..
Since the script of the film is co-written by aftab the rj asked him abt the story and genre to which he sed that this concept was drafted 5 yrs back at thn he himself wanted to produce the film which finally has come true.
Then the rj asked aamna abt her experince and she sed had a grt time shooting for the film and aftab was wonderful on the sets as a producer. They all had a funtime and it was a wonderful journey thruout and she enjoyed every bit of it. Thn the rj asked her how was aftab as a producer and aamna sed he was really good and did a wonderful job as an actor and took great care of the entire unit as a producer.
thn the rj sed aftab such good good compliments aur aap muskura bhi nahi rahe hai... to which he kiddingly sed aamna ko signing amt mil chuka hai na isiliye.... and they all started laughing...
thn rj asked aftab abt srk's voice over in the film..that rj was a bit serious in her tone so aftab kiddingly sed..aap itni serious kyu ho rahi per? jaise kyu liye bhai? wo rj started laughing n she was like nahi main bas janna chahti hu ke srk hi kyu so aftab sed ke i respect srk a lot n moreover the film required a voice tht ppl would instantly connect to and who better thn srk.
thn the rj asked like these days actors n producers are gng places like recently katrina had been to ajmer so tht her film does well so did u guys go anywhere as such to which aftab laughinly replied jee ha hum radio city 91 fm ke office aa gaye na... the rj laughed n sed tab to apki film super duper hit hogi.... lolllzz!!! 😆😆
lastly the rj asked aftab abt his next venture as a producer to which he replied he hasnt thot abt any yet as he was focussing only on awk, and for the next it all depends on the kind of concepts of the films. The rj thn asked him tht u've been doing a lot of comedies these days, like fist it was aloo chaat so would he like to play some serious type roles like the one he'd done in kasoor to which he sed he would love to, thn the rj asked aamna did she watch kasoor to which she sed she did. The thr rj asked would u do a film something like kasoor or those serious types roles to which aamna replied she would definitely do and is open to all kind of roles as she's not limited herself only to a particular genre. And may be after comedy next she would love to do is a hardcore romantic film.
It was a wonderful interview and i really enjoyed listening it.. The way the writer rajendra, aftab n aamna were pulling each other's leg was simply hillarious!!! 😆
