16 years leap…
Setting: University of Texas at Austin; Graduation
Speaker: We are very pleased to announce this years' graduating class… there are many extraordinary people in this class… and we are very pleased to have taught such gifted people… (Starts calling names…)
Speaker: Now it is time for our business school graduates…. and I am very pleased to announce that we have two toppers in the McCombs School of Business school this year… please welcome Mr. Rahul Garewal and Mr. Armaan Mallik…
We see two handsome guys getting up and high fiving each other and walking towards the stage…
As we watch the hi-five we notice a watch… the same watch gifted by Muskaan… Rahul has always kept it with him…
Speaker :( continues talking while they are walking up) these young gentlemen have done exceptionally well in all their classes in the business school and they have also minored in English literature.
Rahul and Armaan walk up onto the stage… receive their diplomas and walk back to their chairs…
Meanwhile in India…
Muskaan and Ridhimma have graduated and received top marks in English Literature and minored in mathematics.
M: chal Ridhimma jakey ice cream khate hai…
Ri: abhi musku… hame ghar jaana chahiye…
M: Ridhimma… chal na.. meri treat hai.. itni bore mat ban yaar…
R: theek hai chal..
In USA.. Rahul and Armaan go out and party that night… Next Day.. Garewal house.
P(R dad): beta Rahul mujhe tumse kuch zaroori baat karni thi..
R: ji boliye papa..
P: dekho Rahul tumhari ab to college bhi khatam ho gayi .. ab hum chahte hai ki tumhari shaadi ho jaaye..
R: shaadi.. abhi? Kisse?
P: Muskaan betiyaan se.. aur kisse..
R: Papa.. haha.. esa mazaak koi karta hai kya.. good one dad (about to leave)
P: kya good one… main koi joke woke nahin bol raha hoon…sach mein muskaan ko is ghar ki bahu banane ki baat kar raha hoon…
R: Papa aap sach mein mere shaadi us… us.. .. uske saath karna chahte hai? Uska aur mera bilkul banta nahin hai… apko pata hai na hum dono bohot ladai karte the…
P: par Rahul ab tu itna bada ho gaya hai… aur woh bhi.. meine faisla kar liya hum next week India jaa rahe hai…
Pankaj leaves…
R:(to himself): Muskaan se shaadi… Rahul jaldi se kuch soch le nahin to tera hal kya hoga(thinking about the blue hair and all the other things muskaan ha done to him)…
Next week..
Armaan with Garewal's at the airport… Rahul convinced Armaan to go along with them… so that he could help Rahul…
Reached India and settled… Rahul's mom and dad go to Muskaan's house... but Rahul and Armaan stay back at the hotel…
A: Rahul chalna kuch karte hai… main yahan pehli baar aya hoon mujhe ghoomane le ja..
R: (to himself)kya kare … (out loud).. theek hai mall chalet hai…
Armaan and Rahul at mall…
R: chalna mujhe kuch sunglasses dekhni hai…
A: nahin yaar mujhe tshirts dekhni hai…
R: theek hai tu waha jaa.. aur main yahan jaata hun.. baad mein phirse yaha milte hai..
Rahul walking towards the sunglass store…
R (whistling a tune)…suddenly he hears a cute laugh and turns around to see the most beautiful girl he has ever seen standing just a few feet away from him… she was talking on her cell phone… The girl has the most beautiful chocolate brown eye… the rosiest cheeks… prettiest pink lips… slender waist… she is wearing a white skirt just above her knees and a cute pink top... and her hair is flowing ever slow lightly due to the opening of the doors…
Rahul is mesmerized by her and is staring at her with his mouth open… feeling that he has just seen an angel...
While Rahul is going crazy over a beauty he just saw, let's go have a look at what Armaan is upto..
Armaan is walking towards a shop when suddenly he sees a girl… a beautiful girl… with long black hair down till her slender waist she is holding a package in her hand… with gold wrapping... and as she is moving the package in her hand… the wrapping catches the sunlight and reflects it... causing Armaan to have to shut his eyes... and he bumps into something and falls flat on his back… The girl notices this and walks over to Armaan…
Girl: ap theek to hai na…
A: (slightly dazed).. ha.. ha.. haan mein theek hun…
A: par apki hi galti hai..
Girl: Huh?(confused)
A: haan.. apko kisne permission diya itni khoosurat lagne ki.. galti to appki hi hai..
Girl: (blushes).. sorry… woh main…
A: waise mein jaan sakta hoon… ki mere gunegaar ka naam kya hai?
Girl: Riddhima Gupta.. aur apka…
A: mein Mallik… Armaan Mallik..
Ri:(to herself) khud ko James Bond samajhta hai kya.. Mallik.. Armaan Mallik bol raha hai..
A: haan.. ofcourse main James Bond se kam nahin hoon.. usne mujhse yeh line copy kit hi..
Ri: (surpise that he heard all this) acha… (phone rings)
M: arey Ridhimma jaldi se yaha aao.. humein abhi ghar chalna hai..
Ri: haan mein abhi aayi… (to Armaan)… wo mujhe abhi chalna hai.. bye
A: (after Ridhimma leaves) hayye.. yeh ladki kitni cute lagti hai.. pata nahin phir mulaqat hogi ki nahin..
Meanwhile Rahul..
The cell phone girl has left… but Rahul still staring at that spot not realizing that there is a chubby girl standing there now..
Armaan comes up to Rahul
A: abbey Rahul muh band kar nahin to makkhi ghus jayegi
R: (coming out of trance) huh… ha.. kaha chali gayi woh..?
A: (noticing who is standing where Rahul is staring off too)… by the way teri choice ka toh jawab nahin.. (laughs)
R: nahin yaar wahan ek pari khadi hui thi.. kitni sundar lag rahi thi…
A: haan yaar.. maine bhi abhi ik pari ko dekha… Ridhimma naam hai uska
Both lost in their own world…
R: (out of trance) ab chal ghar jaana chahiye..
