Rules for Participating:
Your poem can be in English, Hindi, Urdu. (The simple reason for this is that most IFians understand at least one of these languages. If your entry is in any other language then it may not be comprehensible for everyone and that might affect the voting).
Your poem has to be at least 6 lines long. So you can't just do a couplet and make it an entry. Each poem has to be at least 6 lines long. No rhyming is necessary though, you can do any type and kind of poetry.
Your poem can focus on any emotion related to love, friendship, and relationships. It has to be related to love, friendship, and relationships though... related anyhow. You can celebrate the beauty of love or the pain of love or the beauty of friendship in your poems.
The Poems have to be ORIGINAL, or in other words, written by YOU. If we find that a participant has plagiarized and copied poems from the internet, we will RAISE your warning without notice. DO NOT PLAGIARIZE!
Every Member of IF including the Development Team Members can participate. Only Ghungroo and I can't participate.
Each participant can send up to 2 entries. Your entries can be in the same language or in 2 different languages. Whatever you are comfortable with.
Please Send your entries to L&F.Entries by June 30th, 2009.
