Not too happy with this rule in IF! The reason being everyone is involved with their respective forums and fellow members would want to congratulate their friends who become goldies , dazzlers or Rockerz...it adds a personal touch .
There's nothing wrong in making a post to congratulate fellow IF members.
i don't understand about banner signature can you tell me complete details about banner signature please send me pm message. or if you have any better ideas please share here.
