There are reports that Ranbir Kapoor has plans to propose girlfriend, Katrina Kaif on her birthday, which is on the 28th of September. Though the couple always denied being in a relationship, some pictures of their recent holiday together, say a different story. It is said that Rishi and Neetu Kapoor have also given their consent to Ranbir's relation with Katrina.
