Alia Bhatt's apology to her sister Shaheen will bring you to tears

After reading Shaheen's book on depression, Alia shared a video which heart warmingly addresses her feelings.

Alia Bhatt's sister Shaheen Bhatt launched her book on the occasion of World Health Day and it in the book she has carefully penned down her struggle with the darkest of her moments. Being a sister, Alia saw her sister go though depression but yesterday, she revealed that she was unaware of how deep her thoughts were. Alia praised her sister on the launch but her feeling were totally different after she read what her sis wrote. Earlier she posted a picture of the book, I've never been (un)happier with her fans.

After she got time to read the book, she shared her feelings through a video and it's heartwarming to see how strongly she feels for her sis and for the issue of depression. Just like the rest of us, she admitted that she didn't know what she was going through even though she loved her truly. This is what she wrote,"When I read your book, the book you have written with so much ease and honesty, while I struggle to write one letter to you. I feel awful. I feel terrible because despite living with you for 25 years, I have never really understood your silent moments of depression. I never recognized a snappy moment as something much bigger."

"Every time you refused to go out for dinner, I would think she rather sit at home and watch TV, be alone, not that you couldn't bring yourself to get out of bed," Alia continues to say in the video. All her emotions come to the surface as she thanks for making her understand things with a new perception. She wrote, "Thank you for educating me Shaheen, that's what you have done and taught me so much about life. And lastly, I am sorry, I know you hate the fact that we all are saying sorry to you, take the apology because even though we love you, we understood what you were going through to this extent."
