Shah Rukh Khan's "Salute" gets its leading lady

Finally, some of the Bollywood film-makers have turned their mind towards making space-oriented movies, 2019 scheduled Rakesh Sharma's biopic "Salute" in which Shah Rukh Khan will be essaying the role of the astronaut. It is the first time he will be portraying a real-life hero on screens.

While the makers were finding the perfect lady lead for the film, many speculations were made on who will be starring opposite King Khan. But now according to our sources, the makers have approached Bhumi Pednekar to be the leading lady opposite Shah Rukh.

Bhumi Pednekar's most of the movies have been a massive hit and her recent work in "Lust Stories" was really impressive. The actress has also worked with the superstar Akshay Kumar and now she will be seen sharing screen with another superstar i.e King Khan in the movie "Salute".

However, the makers have not officially announced it yet but they are discussing the script with Bhumi. Stay tuned for more updates.
