Debutant Janhvi Kapoor who is currently on a promotional sphere for her debut film 'Dhadak' recently revealed a rather shocking incident while shooting for this film. In one of her interview with IANS, she expressed how she saw her mother in one of the shots. Janhvi's mom and the iconic superstar of Bollywood - Sridevi took her last breath on the night of 24th February at a hotel in Dubai.

In the interview, the 21-year-old debutant while talking about the scenes that she shot stated how she thought that she saw her mother for a second. Janhvi expressed, "I am my mumma's daughter, so I look like her, but I know I am different. There was that one montage shot where I am drinking milk in a scene. For a fraction of second, I thought that was mumma... I was like 'Oh God, wasn't it her? Actually, in that shot, I saw my side profile".

When probed further on why she thought in this manner, she explained, "I have one such image of mumma where she used to have juice in the early morning. So the moment I woke up and looked out for her around me, I would see her drinking juice from a side. So yes, that was one moment".

This pretty much explains why she saw Sridevi's image in one of the frames but isn't this horrific? We wonder how Janhvi would have reacted after this incident.

Speaking of her debut film 'Dhadak', Janhvi will be seen alongside another debutant Ishaan Khattar. Their chemistry on and off screen has been much appreciated and will be a delight to watch them on screens on 20th July.

Directed by Shashank Khaitan, Dhadak is a Hindi adaption of super hit Marathi film 'Sairat'. This film is produced by Karan Johar under his home banner Dharma Productions.
