Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety Beats Welcome to New York at the Box Office

This Kartik - Nusrat starrer is ruling over KJo's film.




Actor Kartik Aaryan's latest release Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety helmed by Luv Ranjan was one of the most anticipated films in its genre given the great track record of this director-actor Jodi. They have previously given two back to back hits and the donors of this one from day one worked well making the audiences anticipate the film's release. Now that film has hit the screens all across, it has received great reviews from the critic's as well tremendous love by the audiences. 

The film also stars Nushrat Bharucha and Sunny Singh in other lead roles with stellar performances. All reviews unanimously have applauded Kartik, Nushrat and Sunny's performances in their respective characters. 

Out of the entire cast, Kartik Aaryan is the show stealer and this movie belongs to him have said most reviews so far. He's in his top form along with his gifted comic timing.

Every week box office sees a clash, and this week was no different. Along with Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Puja Films's Welcome to New York a multi starrer film starring Sonakshi Sinha and Diljit Dosanjh in the lead released alongside but still SKTKS raced ahead of this multi-starrer film owing to its performances and an incredible response from the audiences. 

The box office numbers also state so, the first day opening of Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety was close to 7 CR and that of Welcome to New York was approximately 1.2 crores.
