Yami Gautam's career on STAKE: All because of Pulkit Samrat?

At times love does make you fall in some big troubles! And something similar happened with Bollywood actress Yami Gautam!

The actress who is all set to start her new film "Batti Gul Meter Chalu" where she will be seen along with Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor, has landed herself in a mess! All thanks to her infamous affair with her former co-star Pulkit Samrat.

For those unaware, Yami and Pulkit had a great relationship while they were shooting for their film "Sanam Re". Stories about their brewing chemistry had been the talk-of-the-town back then. Also, Pulkit and Yami's affair had been the cause of his divorce with wife Shweta Rohira.

During their court proceedings, Shweta had pointed fingers at Yami for creating a rift between her and Pulkit. She even went onto say that Yami had hots for Pulkit ever since she knew her. She also had revealed that Pulkit wasn't loyal in their marriage.

While the whole mudslinging was going on, the promotions of Pulkit and Yami's film "Sanam Re" were on and when Yami was quizzed about her affair with her co-star she had said that the film's production team is responsible for leaking all these news. Without revealing the name, Yami was clearly referring to producer Divya Khosla Kumar.

And this surely didn't go down well with Divya who then decided to not sign Yami for any of T-series' film.

Now, it seems that the burns of the past have come back to haunt Yami.

From what we hear, Yami has been taken on board for "Batti Gul Meter Chalu" which is co-produced by Prernaa Arora and since T-series is also a partner in producing the film, they have asked for an "apology" from Yami.

But, Yami is still standing strong on her words and is adamant that she wasn't at fault. She has made up her mind that she won't apologize or bow down to anyone. However, producer Prernaa Arora is trying hard to ward off the differences between the two parties!

Only time will tell, what's the fate of "Batti Gul Meter Chalu". For now, all we can do is wait and watch.

Her personal life has nothing to do with acting no doubt. But if she had differences with divya its obvious that divya won't prefer to work with yami. Y would she..just like yami stand her ground divya does the same too.. nothing to be surprised. Who in d world interested to work with their rivals.. its a basic thing to understand for any human

Uh, just for some differences, they can compromise on creativity and destroy someone's career? is it same with all producers? Her personal life has nothing to do with her professional life. Besides, if they deliberately spread this rumour, whether right or wrong; it was still wrong.
