Dangal girl Sanya Malhotra to star opposite Ayushmann Khurrana

Just a few days back we reported that Ayushmann Khurrana has bagged a new film called, "Badhai Ho" which is again a light-hearted film. Rumours had it that Dangal actress will also be seen opposite Khurana for the first time but, the makers had not confirmed the news.  

Today, trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to his twitter account to share the news, "#Dangal girl Sanya Malhotra to star opposite Ayushmann Khurrana in #BadhaaiHo... A coming-of-age story of a family as it grapples with some unexpected news... Directed by Amit Sharma... Produced by Junglee Pictures and Chrome Pictures... Starts Jan 2018 in Delhi" (Sic).

The film will be directed by Amit Sharma - the ad filmmaker who has made almost 1000 ads by now and made his directorial debut in Sonakshi Sinha - Arjun Kapoor starer "Tevar"

"Badhai Ho" is all about, coming-of-age of a family as it grapples with some unexpected news. The film follows the impact of the news on the family and how the members deal with it in their own way.

However, it will be the second time that Ayushmann will be collaborating with Junglee Pictures post, "Bareilly Ki Barfi" whereas, for Sanya she will be collaborating with them for the first time.
