Scindhia Mansion
In the dining room the family were sited Vidhi was serving breakfast with the assistance of Ramdulare, a light hearted banter was taking place between the eldest Scindhia son Pankaj and his wife of eighteen years Vidhi; this was a source of amusement to the rest of the family . Pankaj turned his attention to his younger brother Prateek " Chote go to the home of our lights supplier Mr Satyendra Dubey, he was not available at that time so I spoke to an employee regarding returning our down payment for the lights which are not working, but this employees is being adamant about our request, here is his address and telephone number." Pankaj requested. " No problem bhayia I will handle it" assured Prateek.
Dubey House
" Ansh hurry up beta time for school" Aarti told her playful son who was deciding which ball he should take with him to school. Finally escorting him outside she was surprise by two young men waiting outside. " Namaste madam is thi Mr Satyendra Dubey's residence?" asked one of the men " Yes it is. How can I help?" answered Aarti " May I speak to him" continued the young man " What is this about?" enquired Aarti she continued " Who are you?" " I am from Scindhia Events Managements " continued the young man [Prateek] " Yes and what is it do you want?" continued Aarti " May I speak to Mr Dubey" continued a persistent Prateek "Well he is not available at this moment so you will have to deal with me." continued an equally persistent Aarti. Prateek realized that this lady was not ready to back down and time was going " Inform Mr. Dubey that this is urgent." " I told you to deal with me, do you understand" counter Aarti quietly looking straight into Prateek's eyes. "OK" sighed Prateek " The last purchase we made, those lights are non functioning we want our deposit back." "No I am sorry but you are not getting any refund, there is nothing wrong with our goods" stated Aarti. Little Ansh who was at his mother's side did not like that angry man speaking so rudely to his mamma and started repeating every time she said understand shaking his little fist at Prateek, Ansh love his mamma and would do his best to defend her after all he too is the man of the house. " Really the lights are not working, you have sold us bad goods" Stated Prateek " It is our rite as a paying customer to get a refund, I will not move from here until you give me back the money" continued Prateek and proceed to sit comfortably on the lawn furniture.
Aarti went to the side of the door took her hockey stick came back said " I was the captain of my collage hockey team I know how to score a goal, I keep this close by in case of hooligans like you" she came forward swing the stick this turn of events frightened the two yon men this JKR means serious business ran to their car and left.
Scindhia Mansion
When Prateek returned he went to his Yash bhayia who was busy at work and sat opposite him "Chote did you get the refund? What did Mr. Dubey say?" asked Yash " Bahyia Mr Dubey hired two Gundis, a lady gundi and a pocket size gundi; forget about the money." answered Prateek. " What did you say chote, call Mr. Dubey now I will deal with this matter"
Prateek dialed the Dubey's number and give the phone to Yash. Aarti who was passing the phone answered " Hello Dubey's residence, how can I help?" " Hello I am Yash Scindhia speaking I want too..." Yash did not get a chance to finish Aarti said " I all ready told your messenger that we will not be giving a refund, there is nothing wrong with the lights, we spoke to your engineer informing him about the voltage need for the lights and give him all the manufacture instructions; How is it our fault if he did not follow instructions, or inform you??" " I will not be returning any money to you, in fact I want the full payment from you, if not I will come to your office and make my demands in person do you understand??" Continued an irate Aarti, a surprise Yash said " you will get your money, and I don't like people who speaks too much!" and ended the call. An angry Aarti stared at the phone and thought what an arrogant man.
Prateek stared at his bhayia never had he seen his brother give in so easily gundi didi affected him he smirked. " Bhayia what happened?" he enquired " You are going to pay??" " Yes the fault was ours, not theirs" was all the answer he would get.
