This episode is inspired by the true story of Shobana and her daughter, Bhavika. Bhavana and Mehul are unable to have a child and opt for surrogacy. After the few shortlisted women fail their medical tests for surrogacy, Bhavana's mother, Kalpana decides to be the surrogate mother. Kalpana fights social norms and perseveres. A heavily pregnant Kalpana meets with an accident and is admitted in the hospital. Despite complications, the doctors manage to save Kalpana and help her deliver twins.
