The episode deals with AIDS awareness. Manju Mehta, mother of four gets infected with HIV through blood transfusion during her first pregnancy which results in the infection of her four children and husband. Manju and her son die of AIDS. Her daughters, Snehal, Rupal and Meenal are tested and found HIV positive. The girls are shunned by society due to the lack of awareness of the disease. Seventeen year old Snehal gives up on the fight against society and kills herself and her sisters.
