An intoxicated Saanchi, sings and dances with Indu at Mehak's birthday party. Indu finally accepts her friendship. Sadanand goes to the jungle at midnight and drops the ransom money in a dustbin as instructed. Indu, Saanchi, Abhimanyu and Mehak retrieve the money and go to the guest house to inform Rubina. The four of them panic as someone stabs Rubina with a knife in the back. Rubina dies without revealing her killer. Indu objects when Saanchi decides to call the police and confess the truth.
