Abhimanyu helps Indu and Saanchi with the ransom demand. He demands Tarachand's property papers from Sadanand. Sadanand becomes dejected when Shukla fails to find the identity of Rubina's kidnapper. Saanchi becomes jealous when Indu rejects her friendship and befriends Rubina. Mehak and Abhimanyu stay at the guest house with Rubina at night. Veena is pleased to see Saanchi and Indu together whereas Radha tries to keep them apart. Sadanand becomes suspicious of Indu and Saanchi's behaviour.
