Rajkumar kidnaps Chaturi after she falls off the cliff and holds her captive. He holds a gun to Chaturi's head and makes her call Sooraj after learning that Sandhya plans to visit her in her village. Chaturi reassures Sandhya that she is fine and asks her not to visit her. Meenakshi informs Sudha that Chaturi is alive. Rajkumar searches the house for his pen drive while the Rathi family goes to the police station to get their identity cards for the temple function.
