It’s Durga Puja and Bijoya, who delivers food dabbas to people, gets some money from one of her customers. She decides to buy some clothes for her children Debu, Sujoy, Kajol and Mishti. Bijoya's goes to deliver dabba to Anjolie, who is a curator in an art gallery and also her friend. Bijoya suffers from persistent headaches and Anjolie being her friend advices her to get the test done, but Bijoya ignores it. Anjolie meets with a small accident at the gallery and is rushed to the hospital. Bijoya donates blood in the hospital and learns that she is suffering from cancer.
