She has not seen or even heard of family fights and disputes and for her family is a place where only love exists. She is like any other young city girl, modern yet traditional, sanskari…religious…and extreme belief in lord Rama. Pari’s sanskars have been imbibed in her. She can’t read hindi (because she always studied in a convent school) recites Ramayana with utmost ease. For she says Ramayan is in her blood. She doesn’t know any household work since she was always busy in her medical studies or had any time to know about it. Jyoti’s love also never let her do all this. She fears loneliness and can’t study alone and needs someone with her all the time. She is ambitious…wants to practice medicine…fluent in English…tech savvy and net surfing & e-mails…chatting are a part of her life. She is very lively, full of laughter and fun and when around, brings life to her home. The whole house laughs at her small little fun loving movements. Here she can be compared to Sridevi of the movie, Chandni. Rani is very attached to Pari and remembers every teaching and advice given to her by Pari. She follows Pari’s lessons of life. This is what helps her to successfully sail through her tough marriage and bring together Rishabh’s otherwise scattered family. With love, she wins over all obstacles.

Risabh is around 26 years old, well built up. He is the main hero of our story, who is married to Rani. Risabh has a strong personality, impressive, though a bit uncouth & impatient & short tempered & aggressive. He’s an angry young man who dresses up simply, maybe oddly. Very outspoken & rude; has a lot of attitude. Like his elder brother Dharam, he is also uneducated. Risabh failed in 10th standard. He has been a bright & ambitious student but due to a scheme plotted by his Tauji & cousin Shakti, he was rusticated from school & after this incidence he was deprived from studies & was called a cheater in his school & town, which affected his mind so badly that he gave up education. This incident inculcated a frustration in his mind. He loses his temper & he reacts very violently. He couldn’t bear injustice…. & used to raise his voice. Risabh hates Tauji & his family & the sight of his cousin Shakti makes his blood boil. Unlike his elder brother…he does not accept things as destiny…& is continuously fighting with Tauji & family for their rights & is on bad terms with them. He doesn’t like the way Tauji treats his elder brother Dharam & always complains to Dharam about same. He cares, & respects Dharam. His only weakness is his short tempered nature. He expresses his frustration by punching his punching bag. Like his elder brother he is also indiscipline and has no proper sense of clothing and manners.
