Akshara with teary eyes sends Naitik on his business trip. Gayatri and Babhimaa leave Girija with Akshara and go to the neighbour's house. Girija informs the family about Akshara's labour pains. Singhania family rushes Akshara to the hospital while she cries for Naitik and Rajshri. Naitik's phone is switched off in the plane. Rajshri and her family rush to the hospital after hearing about Akshara's labour. Akshara is made to wait as police investigates a missing child's case in the hospital.

lovely episode...with Hina just excelling in her acting skills.. the pain showed by her so natural...loved it.. wished Naitik was there too..anyways, hoping to see him soon..:)))
