Chand Ke Paar Chalo is a story about true love getting a second chance.
Concept & Story: Chand Ke Paar Chalo traces the story of Rehan, a young man of Nawaabi lineage who returns to the city of his birth after 15 years. Following his father's untimely assassination he was hastily sent away by his mother while still a child. Ever since, Rehan has been yearning to return home. Cut-off from his beloved Dadi, childhood friends and his true love Sana, Rehan harbors a deep resentment and bitterness towards his mother for sending him away.

The story of Chand Ke Paar Chalo kicks off with Rehan's return to Lucknow. It traces the emotions, situations, journey and life of each of the characters as they reconnect with Rehan after so many years. Sana's reluctance to open herself up to Rehan for fear of being rejected again; a new entrant in their lives, in the form of Anisa, a bright and effervescent girl from a lower social standing who strikes a chord in Rehan's heart; all these situations and more, plays out in this riveting new show.

Chand Ke Paar Chalo is a co-production between Tangerine Digital & Morpheus Motion Pictures Pvt. Ltd. The role of Rehan is essayed by Aham Sharma, Sana is being played by Yami Gautam and Anisa is being played by Zalak Thakkar.
