The recent episodes of Har Ghar Kuch Kehta Hai
has made the viewers spellbound, as Gyan, played by Sachin Shroff
and Siddhi, played by Aanchal Anand
, the newly weds in the serial, are lost in their own life filled with Romance all over.
Recently, the duo shot for a very intimate scene, where Gyan(Sachin
Shroff), while chopping vegetables, tries to romance with
Siddhi(Aanchal). While doing this, Sachin accidentally chopped his
finger, but carried on with the scene, without even realizing that he
was badly hurt. After a while, there was total chaos on the sets, when
all saw blood oozing out of Sachin’s finger, and this left them
petrified. The shoot was called off for the day, while Sachin nursed
his injured finger with medication and stitches.
, talking to Telly Buzz says, “It
was a cute lovey-dovey scene, where Siddhi is trying to cook something
for Gyan. Siddhi does not know anything about cooking, so Gyan is
infact helping her out in the kitchen. Gyan is chopping vegetables, as
Siddhi is trying to go thro the recipe book and cook, while Sachin had
this accident. He actually chopped his finger and he was bleeding
profusely. He did not want to stop the shoot and did not even inform us
that he was bleeding. Only after the director approved the scene and
said ‘Cut’, did we realize that he was hurt and bleeding. We
immediately applied haldi that was there, in our kitchen and then
called the doctor. He had to get 2-3 stitches on his finger. He was in
a real bad shape for few days, but now he is much better”.
The wounded Sachin Shroff
quotes, “Yes, it was a small accident that
happened few days back. It was a very romantic scene, where Siddhi is
looking around for the right masala to be put into her dish that is
getting cooked, as per her recipe book. Gyan, played by me, is enjoying
this atmosphere and while chopping vegetables, he is looking at Siddhi.
As she turns towards him, Gyan chops vegetables, with his eyes on her,
and this is when this incident happened. After chopping my finger, I
immediately looked down to see my bleeding hand, but all around took it
as my reaction on seeing Siddhi. I went with the flow and did not stop
the shot. Later, all had to pack my finger with haldi and stuff; a
doctor had to be called and I needed 3 stitches on my finger. The next
day, I went back to the set, to see the floor still uncleaned with
blood all over.”, says the diligent actor.
