's most admired comedy riot show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah
is all grooved to celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna in style!! Amidst all the scripted scenic and verbal fun, the Gokuldham Society had an unexpected guest who simply added to the amusement factor amongst the cast and crew.
A source from the sets tells us, "When the entire team was getting ready to break the high held Matki (Pot), all the cast and crew just froze for a second when they spotted a monkey approaching towards the Matki. But then they all burst out laughing as they realized that the monkey was there to have the fruits that were tied on the rope."
When contacted, Daya Gada aka Disha Wakani
in a jovial tone asserted, "Yes it was real fun; the sight of monkeys when we shoot at FilmCity is not something unusual. We spot them daily, but this experience was indeed different. The monkey was attracted towards the fruits that were hanging above. As we were getting ready to shoot the sequence, we spotted this monkey getting closer to the matki. It grabbed few fruits from the cluster and just ran away the next second. Apart from that the natural rains just enhanced the entire sequence, and it has come out well. Hope the audience also enjoys it as we did."
As far as entertainment quotient is concerned our source adds that, "This year's Janmashtami function will witness a war between the male and female members of Gokuldham Society, as to who will break the high held matki first."
If sources are to be believed the Janmashtami episode will be telecast on 8th September. Reporter & Author: Pooja Shenoy.
