Geeta Kapoor and Siddhesh meet Raj Thackeray..

Geeta Kapoor fulfills Siddhesh Pai's wishes by arranging for a quick meeting with Raj Thackeray..


Geeta Kapoor is one perfect mentor who saw to it that her contestant Siddhesh Pai is all happy before taking the stage for the Grand Finale of Zee's Dance India Dance.

Her favorite Siddhesh who has been titled 'Maharashtra ka Gaurav' desperately wanted to meet Raj Thackeray, and the mentor took it upon herself to make his dream a reality.

We talked to Geeta who told Telly Buzz, "Siddhesh felt that Raj Thackeray was the real 'Gaurav' of Maharashtra and wanted to seek his blessings before the Finale. I went to meet Mr. Raj in order to invite him for the Finale of our show, and Siddhesh too had a quick and fast meeting with him".

Talking about the experience of meeting Mr. Raj, Geeta states, "It was very scary, as he is such a big personality. But I am glad that we had a quick talk and blessed Siddhesh. I know that he might not get the time to attend our finale, but I got the honor of inviting him".

On the D-day, the Finale of Dance India Dance, she says, "Its celebration time, as we mentors have finally made a mark for ourselves and we will be celebrating the fact that we tutored these talented kids and have got India its best dancer".

Talking about her personal favorite, she opines, "I am rooting for my boy, Siddhesh Pai".

    Apologise for the typo, I meant maharashtrian*, she may not be marathi but she has been there for some time, can speak it fluently and clearly she sees nothing wrong with him if she took sid to see him. Obv I don''t think every marathi supports him but seeing that all my roots are from there, I think I would know that majority of people who are marathi agree with him..no offence.
    I have no real opinion on the guy, just an observation.

    Hey just wanted to say that it was Siddhesh''s wish to meet Raj Thackeray which was fullfield by geeta ma and that is what counts, its got nuthig about them if they are Marathi or not......everyone should learn to repect other laugues and not make a big issue about it. Im proud of u siddhesh, u rook and am here always to support u!!
