Capturing the essence of the contemporary Gujarati household and produced by J D Majethia & Aatish Kapadia's Hats Off Productions, Burey Bhi Hum Bhale Bhi Hum takes the genre a step ahead from the hugely popular Baa Bahoo Aur Baby by incorporating a strong dose of romantic & negative, good and bad elements within the lovable & simple, crazy & conniving characters of the Popat family.

Burey Bhi Hum Bhale Bhi Hum is a story set around a Gujarati family residing in Baroda-the Popat family. The head of the family, Ambalal (Firoz Irani) has two sons, Mansukh (Ashiesh Roy) and Bhallu (Manoj Goel), with their respective wives and children. Though the family stays together, they are completely divided with respect to their approach and attitude towards life. The show features other actors like Harshada Khandvilkar, Joshi">Priti Joshi, Piyush Ranade, Sheetal Thakkar, Srman Jain, Ashutosh Kulkarni, Shruti Bafna, Ritu Parmar, Prasad Barwe, Bijal Batvia and Nitin Jain playing members of the Popat family.
