Balaji Telefilms' first mega show on 9X -Kahe Naa Kahe takes a leap of 5yrs on 19th May 08. Highlight of the leap will be the main characters Kinjal, Kanav, Neena, Vidyut & Raina.

Balaji’s mega show Kahe Na Kahe on 9X takes a leap of 5 years on the 19^th of May. The show went on air with the launch of the channel and it is probably the first time that a show is taking a leap since its inception.

The leap will see the introduction of child artiste Chinky Jaiswal, who was seen as the cute and bubbly Bhoomi of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. She was also seen as Pratha in Prithviraj Chauhan. Prior to the leap, we saw Kinjal trying to reach the court while Neena dies in an accident. Before reaching the court, Kinjal goes into labour and is taken to the hospital, whereby she gives birth to a baby girl. However, she and Vidyut are informed that the child is born dead. Actually, Niharika, Neena’s mother cleverly takes the child and gives her to Kanav.

Now after 5 years, the audience will see Vidyut and Kinjal getting married. While on the other hand, Kanav returns to India along with his daughter, Raina, for Neena’s barsi. While Kinjal & Vidyut's marriage is going on Raina comes there along with Mriduta & seeing a picture of Neena along with Kinjal there rushes towards it calling "maa". Raina runs seeing Neena's photo but Kinjal is completely shocked to see a little girl run towards her way calling "maa". Kinjal faints. By the time Kanav also reaches there…because of Kinjal fainting a lot of chaos is created. Niharika comes to Kanav & asks him to take Raina away from there. Kinjal feels a very strong unknown attraction towards Raina but she is not able to decide what the attraction is for.

Kinjal gets desperate to know who the little girl was…While watching the videos of her marriage she sees that Kanav comes & picks up the child in his arms & thus she realizes that it is Kanav's child but she is completely shocked to know the fact. Kinjal rushes to Kanav's house to meet the girl but there she comes to know that they have left for the airport as to return to U.S.A.

What happens next…. Will Kanav come back? Will Kinjal get to know Raina's reality? All this and much more as the drama unfolds while the show takes a 5 year leap. Watch Kahe Na Kahe, Mon-Thu, 9 pm on 9X
