Sonali Sachdeva who is famously known as Parul Vaishnav in the popular television show Sanskaar - Dharoahar Apnon Ki on Colors is very attached to Jay Soni and both of them share a deep bonding of mother and son in real life too.
When asked Sonali about her bonding with her on-screen son Jay Soni, she shares, "From the first scene itself, I and Jay had that connection of a mother and son. The first scene was shot at the Surya Temple and the scene was where I was very angry on Jay because he wanted to go to America. And while we were shooting for it I didn't even knew how our chemistry would turn out to be but during the scene when I had to bring out the emotions as a mother who understands that her son has to go but she can't let him go and when I had to hold Jay's face with both my hands, we both stared crying."
Further she adds, "Sometimes it happens that while shooting for scenes an actor unknowingly passes through true emotions and we both felt a very strong connection towards each other that time and since that time the journey of a mother and son has started and I feel that Jay Soni is like my son."
Sonali enjoys having fun with the entire team of the show and feels like it is a family, "Not only Jay but the entire team is like one big family. Once we all had gone to shoot at Gondal and at night we all went to eat Cadbury gola and we ate paan and snacks. We all laugh and speak so much with each other and since that time we all have bonded with each other and the bonding is just growing with every passing day. We like spending time with each other," says Sonali
On being quizzed Sonali about which girl she would prefer for Jay in the show - Deepika (Pooja Kanwal) or Dhara (Tejaswi Prakash Wayangankar), she says, "To be very honest, I am just concerned with Jay's happiness. Whichever girl can keep my son happy I will willingly accept her as my daughter-in- law. Since Jay has changed a lot after Bhoomi's death, he has forgotten to laugh and so I want a girl who can bring back the old Jay (Kishan) and keep him happy. Whichever girl manages to do that will be very special to me as a mother. Dhara is trying to change Jay in small ways and by giving him happiness and also Deepika has been a friend of Jay since earlier and she is also a well-educated girl so whoever can manage to keep my son happy will be my daughter-in-law in the show."
Well, we wish the bond grows deeper and reflects on screen too!
