On Teacher's Day, actress Sangeeta Ghosh has pledged to learn Marathi language and that too from veteran actress Sulabha Deshpande, who plays her grandmother in the show Kehta Hai Dil...Jee Le Zara'.
The duo appears in the Sony Entertainment channel show, which is about a Maharashtrian family, which lives in Panchgani.
Sangeeta plays Saachi, a modern independent woman who takes care of her elders as well as younger siblings. Sulabha plays her Aaji (grandmother).
"Since I am from Mumbai, I can speak Marathi, but not that fluently. So, to make my character look more real I have started having a conversation with Sulabhaji in Marathi. This way, I get to learn a lot of new words from her and I improve my accent too," Sangeeta said in a statement.
