Shashank Vyas who is seen in Balika Vadhu as Jagya romancing three ladies at one time. TellyBuzz asked him about the real lady in his life and this is what he had to say.

Shares Shashank, "Talking about my current track I feel it's the best track on Indian television that is going on. The understanding, love and respect between Ganga (Sriti Jha) and Jagya is amazing. The relationship is very pure and serene. Its not love or lust and this is what audience is liking. Earlier they also liked my stint with Anandi (Toral Rasputra). It was a child marriage and it was not a love marriage and so it had to happen that Anandi and Jagya were supposed to get individual partners."

Talking in depth about his character Shashank says, "I would like to say that my character has been love and accepted by all. Earlier I was with Anandi and now its Saanchi (Roopal Durgapal). Its not that Jagya is loving all he has to behave differently with each of them and his relationshio with every single girl is different."

When we asked him about how is he in real life he says, "I am more of a balanced guy as well as matured. I am not confused in life, I am more of the current Jagya that I am essaying in real life too, while the old Jagya was more of carefree and loud and I am not that way. I am little reserved and also very confirmed in whatever decisions I take.I am very happy with my role as Jagya. I remember how my mother used to watch Balika Vadhu when I was young and I used to not even watch a single episode and here I am acting in Balika.."

About his marriage plans he says, "After my mother's death me and my father have lived and managed so for us it's more like we should have a female person in the family for which he tells me to get married. However, I am in no hurry to marry and I have left the decision of marriage to my father."

And what kind of girl would he like as a wife? "WEll, if you ask me what kind of a girl I am looking out for I would say she should be understanding. loving and most importantly she should know cooking as I am a big time foodie! I would want my wife to cook delicious food for me."

superb answers.Concentrate on jagya and ganga storyline without sanchi interference. Add weightage to jagya's role instead of other characters like saanchi and sekar family members.

IF, before posting articles plz. check whether u r posting the right thing. Shashank said that Jagya's character had a long track with Anandi . Yes , true, Because Anandi & Jagya were the protagonists. But IF, U posted Toral Rasputra's name beside Anandi's. I just want to know that when did Toral Rasputra playing Anandi had a track with Jagya ???????????????????? WHEN ????????????? Plz. tell me.

The " Anandi " Shashank mentioned about of having a relation with Jagya was Pratyusha Bannerjee. Our Pratyusha, our Anandi.

All the Jagya-Anandi tracks which were the life of BV had been shot with Avinash-Avika & Shashank-Pratyusha. Where is Toral coming in here that IF has given her name in brackets ?????????????? Maybe Toral is essaying the present Anandi but the time which Shashank has spoken about, Anandi was Pratyusha & not Toral.

Jagya-Anandi relation , their intimacy, but yet difficulty, Jagya's betrayal but care & concern for Anandi, their friendiliness, their faith on each other, these r the most cherished memories original BV viewers have. Whenever we think about Jagya-anandi, the picture of Avinash-Avika & Shashank-Pratyusha comes in our minds. Toral is nowhere there. She is a recent addition & a rather horrible addition who has made the so-much loved & popular & respected character of Anandi to turn into an unpopular, unwanted & cheap character. Toral's entry has made protagonist Anandi to become a side character. Instead Ganga , who is a recent name in the story-track has become the protagonist of BV.

Toral looks like grandmother of Shahank & mother of Shiv. When Jagya is Shashank, Anandi has to be Pratyusha because both of them match well & our memories r filled with them. Also when Siddharth is Shiv, Pratyusha must be Anandi. Toral is a horrible imperfection.

The present track in BV is the worst track ever. You were much better in earlier tracks. This is diluting your character too.

Reshmi before calling us crazy look into yourself because crazy you seem to me we are not blind having much sense and we are not Insecure you are thats why beating your own truimphet and trying to be oversmart Your posts clearly show how much insecure you are ,we are not like you Jagaya is the lead of the show i think you are jealous about it thats why crying he is BV cvs favorite lol seriously you are so so insecure Get some life what you think is not necessarily all world think so better apply your opinions to yourself don't force them on us

Shashank Vyas your interviews are always a delight and you are definitely one among the finest actors that Indian Television industry is blessed with Jagaya's character and track now is going very fine and your performance is as usual awesome Loving Jagaya Ganga 's track as it has a lot much to offer and potential Sanchi i think like mahi has said i am also tolerating her in between JagaYA and Ganga only with an interest how Jagaya will handle her after knowing how she feels for him and stop her , reform her without downing himself in her books

Anyways you are doing fab job in BV as always keep up the good work and all the best to you in your career as well as personal life
