Did Salman want to be in Jhalak as an actor participant?

Choreographer Salman Yusuf Khan who will soon be seen choreographing Drashti Dhami (Madhubala in Colors' Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon) has been the part of Jhalak since last two seasons. We came across some rumors related to him for which, we decided to talk to him.

One of our sources informed us that, "Salman wanted to be a part of Jhalak Dikhla Jaa: Dancing with the Stars as an actor participant since he has done a film titled A.B.C.D. He is also doing another film and thus demanded a heavy price as his fees. The channel did not agree to his demands and he had to be happy being paired with Drashti Dhami as her choreographer."

When contacted Salman, he said, "I have been in Jhalak as a choreographer for the last 2 seasons and I have excelled both the times. Why would I want to do something (referring to his demands) like that? It's absolutely wrong. I have been paired with Drashti Dhami and I am shooting for Jhalak and everything is going well. I have no idea from where these rumors came from. If I will concentrate on these rumors rather than concentrating on my career, then how will I excel in my career? I am working hard and giving my best; rest is on the people and what they have to say."

When asked about choreographing Drashti, he said, "It's feels good to dance with her. Drashti is doing her best. She is working hard."

I'm little worried for Salman. He is a great choroegrapher. He is like a Gemologist who brings out the shine in diamond. He understands the potential of the partner and brings out the best dancing talent in them. and for past two seasons he was paired with most beautiful and talented girls and this season is no exception too. But I'm afrais Salman's unlucky spree should not continue in the Injury Dept. When he was with Yana he got injured. When he was with Isha Sharvani she got injured. I hope neither Drashti or he gets injured this time.
