Gaurav Chopra takes a step towards promoting a Green Diwali

The actor personally replies to his fans on Facebook

Gaurav Chopra who is currently back in Colors' Uttaran, was surprised on a fan's reaction to a status update on the occasion of Diwali that he made on his Facebook account.
 
The actor asked for a  favour on the occasion of Diwali to refrain from bursting crackers. Gaurav even wrote that he will leave an audio message for those who'll take the small step in the right direction.
 
To his surprise he got more than 600 messages in response to his this special Diwali status and as promised he is personally replying back to all the messages, and yet has many to reply back to.

We spoke to Gaurav about this initiative and he said, "I am very proud of them and as mentioned in my audio clip, I want to thank everyone for acknowledging my request and for taking this small step in the right direction with me".

    Well the response should be good. If he promises a personal reply I would have stopped burning crackers for not one but ten diwalis lol . Awesome actor he is.

    What a great initiative on his part! Wish there were more and more popular actors taking up such green initiatives and reaching out to their fans.
