Abhinav Kholi, also well known as Shweta Tiwari's boyfriend, is all set to turn Producer with his newly formed theatre production house.

We contacted Abhinav who told Tellybuzz, "Yes I have started my own production house, Palak Puniya. Palak is Shweta's daughter and my family owns a publication house called Puniya. That's the reason behind the name. Initially, we started with theatre shows. We did a comedy play called Ab Akbar Banayenge Mughal-e-Azam, which also stars Lilliput. We are also producing Shweta's play, Aaina. As for television, I have a fiction concept ready with me, which I'm pitching to the channel. As soon as the channel approves of it, we will go on floors."

On asked whether he would be a part of the show, Abhinav nodded in agreement. Well aware that the audience is keen to know about his marriage plans with Shweta Tiwari he adds,"We will get married as soon as all the legal formalities for the divorce are completed."
