Only few hours to go for the clock to tic 8 when Arjun will make his entry on your television sets to eradicate crimes from the society. Shaleen Malhotra who was one amongst the contestants of popular show MTV Roadies, will be seen playing the lead role in the show. Tellybuzz got in touch with him to know more about his character.
Tell us something about your character?
I am playing the character of Arjun who is a rebel cop. Arjun understands the criminals and punishes them. He loves to unearth the crime. He can take criminal's life but he does follow the law.
What's so unique about this show?
It's a very different show with lots of action, thriller and romance. We are shooting at some different locations out of Mumbai.
How do you associate yourself with Arjun?
Arjun and Shaleen are quite similar. Arjun is a deep thinker, believer, a doer and so am I. That is why I am being asked to be myself during the shots.
What are the challenges you are facing while doing action sequences?
I am doing the stunts on my own. There was a scene in which I have to jump from one container to the other that were kept 60 ft. above the ground.
How have you prepared yourself for this show?
I underwent training through an acting workshop as well as took Martial Arts training.
How is the co-ordination with your co-stars on the sets?
It's brilliant! We all are well connected to each other and working like a team.
