Finally the D-Day is here at K for Kishore. From 12 good singers, all Kishoreda's die-hard fans, it's time for best among the best, the top 3 to vie for the crown. It is a day of reckoning for the Top Three contestants, Arnab Chakraborty, Chetan Rana and Chintan Bakiwala, who took part in the hunt for a voice that can succeed the legacy of the late legendary singer Kishore Kumar.

Kishore Kumar was a fun-loving, comic, eccentric and completely no-holds-barred kind of a human being. So how can the finale of a show that honors his name be a staid, boring affair? There's going to be naach-gaana, masti & magic as the suspense builds up to the announcement of the lucky winner of the title. Adding zing to the extravaganza are celebrities like Alka Yagnik, Kumar Sanu and Anu Mallik who will team up in pairs along with judges Amit Kumar, Bappi Lahiri and Sudesh Bhosle to lend support to the contestants.

The grand finale will also have the return of the other contestants on stage. Once again all the 12 singers will entertain viewers with power packed performances with songs from the 50s to the 80s accompanied by television stars Roopali Ganguly, Sayantani Ghosh, Karishma Tanna and Jaswir Singh. It's going to be a special moment for host Babul Supriyo who will sing some of Kishore Kumar's evergreen songs along with the contestants.

There's more action to follow. Husain Kuwajerwala and wife Tina will take the floor and shake a leg to all the Kapoor hits. While Manav Gohil will pay tribute to evergreen hero Jeetendra by dancing to the senior actor's hit songs, judge Sudesh Bhosle plans to bring the house down with a special act along with Joshi">Purbi Joshi. How about seeing imaginary interactions between Kishore Kumar and Raakhi Sawant, Kareena Kapoor of Tashan and Hema Malini of Sholay!

The top three finalists Arnab, Chetan and Chintan will perform for the last time on K for Kishore along with Hema Sardesai.

No public voting, no accusations of rigging, no tamasha. It will be the Mahaguru and special celebrity guest Asha Bhosle who announces the final judgment. Catch the heart-stopping moments before The Melody Queen announces the winner of this unique show. The winner takes home Rs. 15 lakh from Sony Entertainment Television and a chance of a lifetime to cut an album with Sa Re Ga Ma – the popular music company. There is more in store for them. Nagesh Kukunoor will announce the name of the contestant who will sing for his forthcoming feature film on the life of Kishore Kumar. May the best man win!!

The grand finale is going to be entertainment unlimited laced with great singing, scintillating performances and some rib-tickling fun.
