Actor Tina Dutta is
a household name in India and meets all her fans in their drawing rooms every
single day with her character of Ichcha first and now Meethi who have become
very popular and is touted as one of the most popular personalities in TV today
having won several awards for her performances.
The lovely Tina celebrated her
birthday recently with friends & co-stars Rashmi Desai Sandhu, Nandish
Sandhu, Gaurav Chopra, Rohit Khurana, Pratyusha Banerjee, Tia Bajpai and close
friend Karishma Dhruv.
Tina excitedly says, "I love celebrating my birthday with loved ones and friends and working together for so many hours day, i am very close to all my Uttaran co-stars. It was a great celebration with everyone after a long time and i will always remember this b'day."

Tina Dutta started her career at 5 years of age. She starred in the Bengali film Choker Bali with Aishwarya Raqi Bachchan at age of 16. She was also on shows including Comedy Circus, Koi Aane Ko Hai, Aahat - All The New Series. She has also acted in Bengali films as well as television shows. She played teenage Lolita in the Bollywood Movie Parineeta (2005) which went to Berlin Film Festival, Minneapolis-St. Paul International Film Festival, Palm Springs International Film Festival, 24th San Francisco International Asian American Film Festival, Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles, Helsinki Film Festival and the International Film Festival of Marrakech. Dutta starred as the protagonist Iccha in the Indian television serial Uttaran which airs on Colors. She has been in the show since June 2009.
