Yes, I do. I try to go to gym about four days a week.

I spend about an hour or half more for workout.

No, actually my schedule doesn't allow me to.

It is very important to follow a fitness regime not just for health but for looks too. It's important to look good and not just feel good.
What's your usual diet?
My breakfast is a nice bacon and egg sandwich. My lunch is two chapattis with dal, dahi and chicken.
Do you look upon calories when it comes to eating?
No I don't. If I like something I eat and then burn it out.
What do you do to keep you motivated to stick within your limits?
Actually I see my colleagues in good shape, my favorite stars too…these things help me keep motivated. Apart from that, once it's ingrained inside your head that you want to do so and so motivation comes easily.
How were you in your teen years?
I was very lean during my teens. Now I'm much better (smiles).

No I don't.
