    @rishi_ganga- lol....u don't know debina...the great great debina.....she played the role of Sita in NDTV Imagines Ramayana.......u ought to know her!!...everybody ought to know her!!....the world ought to know her!!.....she is the diva...she is the Aishwarya Rai of small screen!!....she is the most beautiful lady on telly....(I said all this in sarcasm...the intelligent folks would have understood ;-) )

    very good habits didi.u workout daily thats excellent.Even i started working out a few months back,but due to my hectic office schedule now,i am unable 2 continue.but really it helped me a lot 2 lose quite a large amt of weight.
