Yes, I religiously follow fitness regimes. I go to the gym four times a week.How much time do you spend in a day for workout?
I spend around fifty minutes in the gym. I try to concentrate on as many body parts as possible. I feel the most important and the most ignored in India is legs. So my advice to all aspiring body builders is to work out their legs too.Apart from this have you taken up any sport or habit that helps you maintain body?

It's very very important. The sooner you start a gym schedule the better it is for you. Once it becomes a part of your daily life, you automatically get transformed into a fitter and healthier person.What's your usual diet?
I'm a pure-vegetarian guy. My diet is usually low on carbs. I avoid fattening food. However, there is one day in a week where I allow myself to indulge.
Do you look upon calories when it comes to eating?
Not actually, just try to eat healthy stuff. Try to eat right food at the right time. I eat at every 2-3 hour interval.Do you equate fitness with the shape of the body?
Umm…Yeah of course. If you are fit it will show. If you are not fit the excess fat(or the lack of it) will show. Obviously it can't be good. It's better to be in good shape outside as it reflects a healthy you inside. It also helps you with your personal confidence.How were you in your teen years and now?
Well, until my tenth standard I was slightly chubby…my friends sort of used to tease me about it and I didn't like it. Then during my tenth vacations I decided that I'm going to change my life in these holidays. When I returned to school, I shocked everyone. I had lost 14 kilograms in two months! Since then, there has been no looking back for me. And I continue to be the same way now and even in future.Suggest some fun ways for working out.
Carry your i-pod and run to your favorite music. Make friends with your trainer. That makes gym time a lot of fun. It also helps when you feel lazy, 'cause then your trainer really pushes you to go for it.
Yoga is also a good way to work out as it not only keeps you fit physically but also mentally. It's a great stress-buster which is much needed in my profession so I'm going to start it very soon too.
Anyone that you idolize when it comes to good physique?
When I started working out at sixteen, Hrithik Roshan impressed me a lot.
Who has an impressive body in entertainment industry right now?
I find most of the Bollywood actors in good shape. But the one I admire is Aamir Khan because he can shape his body according to the needs of his character.
