Do you follow any fitness regime?
All the time! I have also kept few machines at my home so that if I miss due to shoot I can catch up on exercise. But mostly I prefer going to the Gym and working out. If I have early shoot then I go to the gym at night.
    
How many days do you spend in a week for workout?
Normally 5 days a week.

Apart from this have you taken up any sport or habit that helps you maintain your body?
I am a sports person. When I was in 7th standard I was a good rider and then I am a National level bike racer. If I get bored or low I just take my bike and go for a long drive.

According to you, how important is it to follow a fitness regime?
Fitness spot is my second home. I can spend hours and hours in Gym. I always advice that you don't need to be a model to work out and can keep yourself fit, because when you follow fitness regime you look young.

Do you at all make excuses to go to gym?
Never. I don't give any excuse. Gym is my second home.

What's your usual diet?
I have 7 eggs in the morning with a glass of protein shake. Lunch consists of 3 chappatis, 5 eggs or boiled chicken and salad. For dinner not much, I keep it light.

Do you count your calories while it comes to eating?
I know what is good for my body.
 
Do you equate fitness with the shape of the body?
Yes fitness obviously depends on the shape of the body. If you have a good body it is also a fit one.
 
How were you in your teen years and now?
I was same when I was a teen but that time I used to never think of working out or having protein shakes. As we grow mature the body changes.
 
Suggest some fun ways for working out.
Play music and work out. It's the best way to work out.
 
Who has an impressive body in the industry right now?
Hrithik in Bollywood, and in television it is Ronit Roy. Actually Karan Singh Grover also has a good body but it's a steroid one so it will have its effect in future.
