No, to be honest I don't have a regular gym schedule. But I see to it that I maintain my health by eating right.

It is very important to be fit actually. So if you see you are not, you should take proper steps for that.

I have only one excuse- my hectic schedule.
What's your usual diet?
My diet consists of purely vegetarian food, I don't even eat eggs. So my typical breakfast would be cornflakes and lunch and would be roti, sabzi and some or the other kind of dal.
Do you look upon calories when it comes to eating?
No, I don't. But when it comes to sweets I let go. But I make sure the binging does not go for more than three days.
Do you equate fitness with the shape of the body?
I'd say it's a fifty-fifty thing.
How were you in your teen years and now?
I think I've lost a bit of weight. Because when people meet me, they say after coming to Mumbai I've become thinner.

I think walking is good. Yes, walking works.
