Yes, for me keeping fit is everything, and I try my best to be in great shape.
Do you follow a diet regime?
I follow a strict diet regime. I see to it that my food is always healthy; I avoid eating junk food. Once a month, I give myself a chance to eat whatever I want.
What's your fitness routine?
I have lot of Protein diet. I usually hit the gym for at least two hours a day. On days when I am very busy, I manage to work out for one hour or so.
What's your eating schedule like?
I have a minimum of 15 eggs a day. My breakfast consists of the white part of 6 eggs, fruit salad and one glass of milk. In the afternoon, I have 2 chapathis, a bowl of vegetables, one bowl of sprouts and six egg whites again. For dinner, i have a lemon chicken and salad.
Does your morning start with a cup of coffee or tea?
I don't drink tea or coffee. I have Lemon juice with luke warm water.
Do you equate fitness with a good body shape?
First of all, a person has to be mentally and physically fit. If you have a good body too, then it's a plus point.
You have a busy schedule, so how do you make sure to follow the fitness regime?
I am very sincere when it comes to maintaining fitness. Even when I am busy, I make sure to take care of my diet an also hit the gym.

I like the body of Upen Patel. Also Salman has a Very good body.
