I have my own working out schedule. I try to go to the gym at least 3-4 days a week.How is your exercise regime planned?
I don’t follow any routine when it comes to working out. I always try to change whatever I do. But weight training suits me a lot, so I try to follow that everyday. Normally, I do simple body parts for two days and then give it a day’s off. Do you follow a diet pattern to keep fit?
Diet is the main factor to keep healthy and have a good physique. Diet is everything! Even If you don’t work out at all apart from little walking, but prefer to eat healthy and drink plenty of water, you somewhere see the difference and feel good. What is important to you, good looks or healthy look?
If you want to be successful and stay successful in keeping fit, then you have to first understand that it is the healthy appearance that really matters. And healthy looks will come with healthy diet and healthy lifestyle. What do you want to say about the current trend of six pack abs?
Six pack is required only if your role demands that. If you get to play a businessman, then he does not need it. But if you have scenes where you have to show your mid section, then I think there is no harm in building up a six pack ab. Do you work on your abs?
I love training my abs and I really enjoy doing that. There is nothing more impressive than abs! I train them hard every other day for about 20 minutes.Are you comfortable on revealing your body on screen?
