What is your mantra for relaxation?

It is actually a state of mind,that is what I feel. My mantra for relaxation is to think good and eat healthy, which I follow.

What would you like to do after a long hectic shoot?

I love listening to songs whenever I am free. So I take my Ipod to shoots. Also, in between shots, whenever I am free, I talk to my close friends over the phone.

You are passionate about?

I am passionate about eating. I love to eat and always try out different cuisine. I am actually quite a foodie.

What is your stress buster?

I think stress comes when you think a lot, and whenever I think about some situation, I am stressed. So I avoid myself from going into the deep thinking mode.

What is your energy booster?

My style of living is my energy booster. Following a perfect routine solves many a problems in life. So I make it a point to go by my schedule even if it is very hectic and stressful. Also, waking up early and following a strict diet will make for a great day ahead.
