What if you were not been an actor?

"If not an actor, I would have been a journalist. Before I got into acting, I had completed BMM course and I was randomly applying for jobs. That was when I got into television.

In my graduation programme, we had the option of majoring either in advertising or journalism. To check if advertising was my cup of tea, I interned in one of the small ad agencies run by my uncle. But finally I majored in journalism. I always liked travel journalism as I love travelling. Had I not got into this industry, I would be writing for a travel magazine or working for a travel channel.

So how does acting happened to you?

Along with my studies, I was also very active in theatre and I had done theatre workshops. So my parents knew that I was inclined towards acting and they were fine when I decided to act.

Are your parents happy with what you are today?
Today, they want me to complete my post graduation also since I was always academically oriented. Even I wish to do the same. I might continue my studies once I get time. Currently, I am really busy with my shoots."
