' Bepannah starring Jennifer Winget
, Harshad Chopda
, Sehban Azim
and Namita Dubey
was one of the most talked about shows ever since its inception. In the first week itself, the show managed to enter the top 5 on TRP charts. However, the numbers did keep falling ever since as the show did not manage to keep the viewers glued to it.
However, the show has now made a comeback to the top 10. Though it garnered a mere 1.5 points in the past week, it managed to make it to the 10th spot owing to the under-performance of multiple shows. Nonetheless, we think that with the current track and turn of events in the show, chances are it is here to stay.
Here are 5 reasons we think that will help the show climb up the ladder on the TRP charts.
#1. Zoya and Aditya's blooming chemistry
In the past couple of episodes we have seen a blooming love story between Zoya (Jennifer Winget
) and Aditya (Harshad Chopda
). What began with hate has now transpired into friendship and with the track likely to come ahead, the two will soon have to get married as well. The viewers are definitely in for such drama on the show.
#2. The suspense - not in bits and parts this time around
The fact that Pooja (Namita) and Yash (Sehban) will be shown dead was no secret for the viewers, hence, there was literally no surprise element to it. But, as the show gradually proceeded with its track, there have been multiple instances of suspense the makers have successfully incorporated into the track. Zoya's attempt to suicide and Mahi (Vaishnavi Dhanraj) turning a psychotic lover being a few of them.
#3. Less drama, more content
(Due credits to the user)
Over the brief period of time, the show has indeed shifted its focus on content, unlike what the initial episodes had in store. Be it Aditya's anger about Pooja cheating on him or Zoya's helplessness and her stubbornness to not ever admit that Yash cheated on her, the graph in terms of content has gone higher, and unlike most of the shows that have more of kitchen politics and drama, this one does have content that is ever evolving.
#4. A mix of confusion and intrigue
While there is a lot of suspense building up, there also is a lot of confusion that creates intrigue. Between the promo with Aditya's (Aditya and Zoya) soon to-be wedding and instances where Zoya gives out mixed signals about her feelings for Aditya, there's so much that the viewers are yet to discover. With every episode, just when the audience comes to terms with one fact, there is a new promo that leaves them thinking on what's next all over again. And, this is precisely what could probably help the the show do better with the numbers.
#5. Continuously changing plot and story - line
The plot twists in Bepannaah
are like no other. Every day, there comes a new theory about what is going to happen, and well, let's just say it does in fact shake the entire current story. Be it the revelation about Yash and Pooja's murder, or the fact that the two of them weren't lovers but really good friends, there's something or the other that keeps happening. Oh, and the latest that we hear is details of Mahi turning into a psychotic lover! Let's just hope Zoya outdoes her some way or the other.
