Dr. Kaajol Karia gives a 'Color' Advise on Holi to popular stars like Karan Singh Grover, Shabir, Hussain Kuwajerwala, Aamna, Mona Singh, Harshad Chopra and others...




Holi the 'Festival of Colors' is celebrated with enthusiasm and gaiety all over India. And as we gear up to play with 'Colors' this year,Telly Buzz gets a Color Advise on the occasion of Holi from Dr. Kaajol Karia.

Colors are very important part of our life and ISHTAR, headed by Dr. Kaajol Karia, is a holistic training and healing centre who guide and help people to heal using a mixed bag of therapies, and color therapy being one among them. There are totally seven chakras of our body and they are like our colored batteries.When our batteries are charged we feel good, but the wrong colors cause our batteries to get discharged. Color therapy uses color as a medium to balance our body, mind and soul.

Hussain Kuwajerwala:

Color to be worn on Holi: Chutney Green
Colors you can use to play Holi: Red
Print to be worn on Holi: Stripes
Shoes to be worn on Holi: Black pointed shoes.
Purse/Wallet to be carried on Holi: Brown with a piece of silver in it 
Herbs and Spices to be used in Holi: Capers or mustard.
Divine Message on Holi: When you acknowledge all those in your corner, you propel yourself and your supporters to greater heights.

Gauri Pradhan:

Color to be worn on Holi: Mango Yellow
Colors you can use to play Holi: Yellow
Print to be worn on Holi: Any self design of the same color
Shoes to be worn on Holi: White
Purse to be carried on Holi: Denim Blue
Herbs and Spices to be used in Holi: Caraway
