Cooking is my favorite pass time: Vikram Singh Chauhan

As we know that our TV celebs are very much conscious about their physique, but they never miss a chance to have lots and lots of food whenever they get a chance. Yes, I am a big time foodie.

Which is your most preferred cuisine?

Indian Cuisine is my most preferred cuisine.

Which is your mouth watering dish?

I love Chicken and mostly I love to eat Kadi and Rajma along with brown rice and Chapattis.

Which restaurant do you prefer the most?

I prefer Urban Tadka and Northern Tadka as they serve very tasty authentic sarso da saag with makki di roti.

Do you like spending time in the kitchen?

Yes, I love spending time in the kitchen. Though I have a maid at house who cooks for me but still I love cooking for myself during holidays. Cooking is my favorite pass time.

What is your most memorable kitchen moment, be it happy or a disastrous one?

When I came down to Mumbai from UK I didn't know how to cook. So, my mother gave me the list of food items and their recipes. As I love Rajma, I decided to cook Rajma. I followed the recipe but I didn't know that Rajma has to be soaked in the water a day before and unfortunately I had to order food from hotel. Well, now I have learned everything.

Which is your favorite quick cheap healthy meal?

Oats and also I eat lots of boiled eggs.

If you have to take a celebrity on a date, who would it be?

I would like to take Lisa Haydon on date as I have a crush on her. She is really beautiful and a good actress.
